The MSP 316H takes a single HDMI 2.0 input and sends it to two HDMI outputs. It is compliant with HDMI 2.0b and HDCP 2.2 and handles resolutions up to 4K2K@60Hz with 24-bit RGB or YCbCr 4:4:4. HDR signals pass through unchanged.
A built-in equalizer, re-clocking and driver stage help keep the signal stable. Embedded audio is supported in several formats, including LPCM 7.1, Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio. Intelligent EDID recognition offers a standard mode and a TV mode, and the connectors can be fitted with HDMI screw locks.
The unit is small, and two can be placed side by side in a slotted pair. An optional rack or wall mounting kit is available for installations. It is part of the maker's MSP micro-converter series.
