The DJ-03HD is a moving-magnet style DJ cartridge supplied already fitted to a headshell. It is a heavy-tracking, high-output design with a 0.6 mil conical bonded diamond stylus on an aluminium alloy cantilever, and a recommended tracking force of 3 to 5 g.
Electrical figures include a 6 mV output at 5 cm/sec, a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, 20 dB channel separation at 1 kHz and channel balance within 2 dB. The recommended load is 47 kΩ with 100 pF capacitance.
The cartridge alone weighs 5.1 g, and 12.2 g with the headshell. An additional 2.6 g weight is included and ships already attached. A replacement stylus, model G JN-03D, is available separately.
