The C 326BEE is a two-channel integrated amplifier with an all-discrete circuit and a short signal path from input to output. It is rated at more than 50 W continuous per channel into 8 and 4 ohms, with dynamic power figures of 100 W, 150 W and 200 W into 8, 4 and 2 ohms. A PowerDrive circuit, Soft Clipping and a Holmgren toroidal power transformer are listed among its features.
On the front panel there is a headphone socket and a media player input for a portable MP3 player. Tone controls can be bypassed with a defeat switch. Input switching is done by relays, and all sockets are gold plated.
At the back there are seven line inputs, including two tape in/out loops, plus main-amp inputs and pre-amp outputs and a mono subwoofer output. Control options include IR input and output, a 12 V trigger output and the NAD SR 8 full system remote. Power comes through a detachable IEC cable, and standby consumption is below 1 W. The model is listed as archived and no longer sold by the maker.
