Klipschorn 75th Anniversary Edition

The 75th Anniversary Klipschorn AK6 is a commemorative floorstanding horn loudspeaker produced as a limited run of 75 pairs. Unlike a classic Klipschorn that relies on the room corner to complete its bass horn, this version has a fully enclosed low-frequency horn cabinet. The enclosure acts as a corner in itself, which allows more freedom in placing the speakers in a listening room and is described as giving strong bass and better imaging.

High frequencies come from a 1-inch titanium tweeter fitted to a 90° x 40° Tractrix horn, with output extending beyond 20kHz. The cabinets are finished in real teak wood veneers with lambswool grilles, and include a premium input and wire management system.

The edition carries special markings: a 75th anniversary logo on the front baffle, made of sterling silver with hand-applied enamel and rhodium plating and accented with a natural 2mm diamond, plus a commemorative plaque with a laser-engraved serial number, date and signature. Each pair comes with a commemorative box of Klipsch anniversary gear and a 10-year warranty. The speakers are designed and engineered in the USA.
