A two-way bass-reflex center-channel speaker from Focal's Aria Evo X line, built for home theater setups alongside the Aria Evo X floorstanders. It pairs two 6.5-inch Flax mid-bass drivers with an inverted-dome aluminum/magnesium tweeter.

The Aria Evo X Center is the center-channel model of Focal's Aria Evo X range. It is voiced to match the other speakers in the line, so dialogue and effects stay tonally consistent across a multichannel system. The cabinet is made of rigid MDF and has a double rear port to reduce compression and let the bass develop more freely.
Two 6.5-inch (16.5 cm) mid-bass drivers use Focal's Flax sandwich cone, a layer of French flax fiber between two thin fiberglass sheets. The 1-inch (25 mm) tweeter is an aluminum/magnesium inverted dome with an M-shaped profile, known as the TAM design, and has a decompression chamber to limit rear-wave disturbances. The driver suspension uses TMD (Tuned Mass Damper) technology, with small toroidal weights that stabilize the suspension in the 1 kHz to 2 kHz region.
The speaker is connected to an amplifier and is rated for 40 to 200 W. It has a nominal impedance of 8 ohms and a sensitivity of 91 dB. The suggested 5.1 layout combines it with a pair of Aria Evo X floorstanders, an SR 900 surround speaker and a Sub 1000F subwoofer. It is shown in a Black High Gloss finish.
