Nano Battalion

The Nano Battalion is an all-analog bass drive pedal. Its core is a MOSFET drive circuit that covers a range from subtle overdrive up to fully saturated distortion. A Blend control sets the balance between the clean and distorted signals, and a Tone control rolls off high frequencies in the distorted path.

Tone shaping comes from a three-band EQ: Treble boosts or cuts above 1kHz, Bass boosts or cuts below 200Hz, and a Mid switch gives a 9dB boost or cut at 500Hz. A three-position EQ switch chooses where the EQ sits in the signal path. In Distortion mode it follows the drive stage and leaves the clean signal alone. In Input mode it comes first and affects both clean and distorted signals, so boosting can push the drive harder. In Dry mode it affects only the clean signal.

The pedal has a ¼" input and a ¼" output. A TS cable gives an unbalanced output, while a TRS cable gives a balanced signal that can go straight to a mixing console or recording interface. It works with active or passive basses, uses buffered bypass, and ships with a power adapter.
