The WH950NB is a foldable wireless over-ear headphone built around a 40mm composite titanium film dynamic driver. It offers two active noise cancellation modes, an ambient sound mode and a wind reduction option. Four built-in microphones work with a signal processor to pick out the voice and cut background and wind noise during calls.
Playback runs up to 55 hours with ANC off and 34 hours with ANC on. A full charge takes about 1.5 hours over USB-C, and a 10-minute fast charge adds about 7 hours of playback. The ear pads use soft protein leather over memory foam, and the headband is steel. Music, Game and Theatre modes are switched with the multi-function button. The Edifier Connect app adds EQ presets (Classic and Dynamic), an adjustable EQ, a shutdown timer and a safe volume limit of 85dB.
The headphones connect over Bluetooth 5.3 with dual-device connection, and Google Fast Pair simplifies pairing on Android 6.0 and later. LDAC and SBC codecs are supported, and a supplied headphone cable allows wired use. A pouch is included for carrying.
