This is a small tube combo from Fender's Vintage Modified series, based on the original Vibro Champ circuit with changes. It adds a hall reverb and swaps the original small speaker for a 10-inch Celestion Ten 30 rated at 3.2 ohms, which gives more low-end response. The preamp uses two 12AX7 tubes and the power stage a single 6V6, delivering 5 watts.

Controls are Volume, Treble, Bass, Reverb, Speed and Intensity, with tube-biased tremolo alongside the reverb. There are two 1/4-inch inputs, and the second input runs 6 dB lower than the first. The transformers are custom-made Schumacher units, as in the originals. Styling follows 1968: silver aluminum panel trim, silver-turquoise grille cloth, a blue jewel light and black textured vinyl over a 7-ply birch plywood cabinet.

The amp connects through its 1/4-inch inputs and speaker jack. An optional 2-button vintage-style footswitch (P/N 0994058000) is available separately, and a fitted cover is supplied. Versions are listed for 230 V EU and 230 V UK mains.
