Azur 851W
The Azur 851W is a stereo power amplifier rated at 200W per channel into 8 ohms, which can also be bridged to mono. It is meant to be paired with the 851E pre-amplifier and 851N network player in a separates hi-fi system, and it is now archived.

The Azur 851W is a power amplifier that amplifies the signal from a separate pre-amplifier. It delivers 200W per channel into 8 ohms and 350W per channel into 4 ohms in stereo operation. In bridged mono it is rated at 500W into 8 ohms and 800W into 4 ohms, so two units can serve as a dual-mono pair. Distortion is specified below 0.001% at 1 kHz.
The amplifier accepts both balanced and unbalanced inputs, with input impedances of 38 kOhm balanced and 68 kOhm unbalanced. The damping factor is above 110 at 1 kHz, and frequency response runs from 5 Hz to 80 kHz. Standby consumption is below 0.5W.
It is designed to work alongside the 851E pre-amplifier and the 851N network player, and a control bus cable is supplied for linking it to the rest of the system. The chassis measures 148 x 430 x 365 mm, weighs 19.1 kg and is offered in black or silver.
