RackBrute 3U is a 3U Eurorack case built on an aluminum chassis with wood side panels. It offers 88 HP of total width, of which 83 HP stays free once the supplied 5 HP power module is installed. A power rail with noise filtering distributes power to 20 standard slots.
The included power module has two separate circuits, giving up to 1600 mA on +12 V, 1600 mA on -12 V and 900 mA on +5 V. The Link fastening system and multi-position handle let the case be set at different operating angles. Retractable stops and built-in spacers protect the front panels when two units are folded together for transport.
The Link system lets the case be joined with another RackBrute (including the 6U) or with a MiniBrute 2 or 2S in several configurations. Anti-slip strips keep the case steady when it is placed face-up. A separate RackBrute Travel Case is available as an accessory.
